Full Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Consultation Fee Validity +
A paid consultation fee is valid for 3 days from the date of payment. You may use it for your scheduled consultation, or reschedule within this window, at no extra charge.
2. Cancellations +
If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us as early as possible via phone or WhatsApp at +91-7300342858, so the slot can be offered to another patient.
3. Refunds +
All cancellations are eligible for a full refund of the paid consultation fee.
4. How Refunds Are Processed +
Refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment (UPI or cash, as applicable) within 1 month of the cancellation request being confirmed by our staff.
5. Rescheduling +
If you’d prefer to reschedule rather than cancel, your paid consultation fee can be applied to a new appointment date within the 3-day validity window, at no additional cost.
