Signs That Mean Come Immediately

Do not wait. Come to the hospital or call now if your child has:

Difficulty breathing or very fast breathing
Blue or grey lips, face, or skin
Unresponsiveness or extreme difficulty waking
A seizure, especially a first one
A serious injury, fall, or head trauma
Severe bleeding that won’t stop
Signs of severe dehydration
Suspected poisoning or swallowed object
A severe allergic reaction
High fever in a very young infant
If in doubt, come in. It is always better to be checked and reassured than to wait at home.
Not sure if it’s urgent? That uncertainty itself is a reason to call. Our team can help you decide over the phone whether to come immediately, come soon, or monitor at home, you don’t have to make that judgment alone.

Basic First Aid While You’re On Your Way

These steps can help in the moments before you reach us, they don’t replace professional care.

Choking

For an infant, use back blows and chest thrusts. For an older child, back blows and abdominal thrusts. If your child is coughing forcefully, let them continue, don’t intervene.

Bleeding

Apply firm, direct pressure with a clean cloth. Keep the injured area elevated if possible. Don’t remove an object embedded in a wound.

Seizure

Keep your child safe from nearby objects, turn them gently on their side, don’t restrain them, and don’t put anything in their mouth. Time the seizure.

Burns

Cool the area with running water for several minutes. Don’t apply ice, butter, or home remedies. Cover loosely with a clean cloth.

Suspected Poisoning

Do not induce vomiting unless specifically instructed. Bring the container or substance with you if safely possible.

Allergic Reaction

If your child has a known severe allergy and carries prescribed emergency medication, use it as directed, then come immediately regardless.

These are general safety steps, not a substitute for professional training or medical care. When in doubt, call us immediately, we can talk you through what to do while you’re on your way.

What We Will Not Promise

Honesty matters most in an emergency.

That every emergency can be resolved without transfer

A guaranteed outcome for any critical case

Zero waiting time regardless of case volume

That this page replaces calling for help

An honest note on scope: We do not operate an ICU or an ambulance service. For genuinely critical, life-threatening emergencies, such as major trauma or suspected cardiac events, call for the fastest available emergency transport for your situation, or come to us immediately if we are the closest option; we will stabilise your child and arrange urgent transfer to a higher-level facility if that becomes necessary.

Questions Parents Ask

You can come directly for a genuine emergency. Calling ahead when possible helps us prepare, but never delay coming in to make a call first if every second counts.
Emergency mein sabse pehle bacche ka treatment start kiya jaata hai. Payment ki details baad mein discuss ki jaati hain, turant treatment mein deri nahi ki jaati.
Yes. While our regular OPD is closed on Sundays, emergency care operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year, without exception.
Agar aap unsure hain, hume call karein. Hum aapko guide kar sakte hain ki abhi aana chahiye, jald hi appointment lena chahiye, ya ghar par monitor karna theek hai.
We will stabilise your child and arrange prompt, honest referral and transfer to an appropriate higher-level facility, rather than delaying necessary care.
Yes, absolutely. It’s always reasonable to have your child checked when you’re worried, even if it turns out to be something minor.
